What Is the ecoBiz Program?
ecoBiz is a free sustainability program supported by the Queensland Government and managed by the Business Chamber Queensland.
The program assists small and medium-sized businesses to:
- Measure and understand their energy and water usage along with the amount waste they produce
- Identify practical ways to reduce consumption in energy and water and to the reduce the amount of waste they produce
- Receive recognition for achieving measurable improvements in one or more of the 3 key areas on energy, water and waste by achieving a minimum reduction of 10% in each of the categories over a 12-month period. Each star rating represents one of the key areas.
Thousands of Queensland businesses have benefited from ecoBiz since its launch, making real progress toward a cleaner, greener economy.

While being extremely strong and able to withstand impact levels that far exceed the Australian standard for security screens, this technology also prevents the aluminium frame and 316 marine grade stainless Steel mesh from coming into contact with each other, thus resisting galvanic corrosion and increasing the product’s lifespan.
